After successfully completing a course of studies in natural sciences or engineering, patent attorneys candidates have the chance to apply in a specialized and qualified intellectual property law firm such as ours. With Horak Attorneys at Law, you can learn and experience all you need to know in order to become a successful patent attorney. Since we primarily focus on our candidates for the purpose of long-term cooperation, the comprehensive perspectives of the apprentice are of paramount importance for us. We train our candidates and actively prepare them for their future work with a direct contact to the client. Secondary activities, e.g. as translators, are not necessary.

We currently have about 25 employees. We are mainly a "young" team and all our employees shall have the perspective to cooperate with us in the long term.

Applications from legal assistants and legal and notary´s assistants are welcome: Our team is very passionate and professional in its profession. We use the RA-MICRO legal software. If you are interested in one of the main areas of expertise of one of our lawyers and if you want to take a closer look at the consulting and forensic work of a lawyer, we are looking forward to your application.
